1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Cashpaycard. By applying for, activating, or using any Cashpaycard credit product, digital service, or website facility, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

2. Eligibility & Application

Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 years or above with valid Aadhaar and PAN identification. All applications are subject to internal risk criteria, identity verification, and documentation compliance.

3. Card Limit, CVV & Digital Access

Upon successful registration and KYC completion, applicants are granted a pre-approved credit limit up to ₹80,000 or as determined by credit evaluation. A digital card with authorized CVV is provided on-screen for online transactions. Physical cards are dispatched via registered courier within 24 to 48 hours of approval.

4. Zero Annual Fee & Cashback Terms

Cashpaycard offers lifetime free card usage subject to standard fair-use criteria. Cashbacks earned on fuel, dining, utilities, and online retail are credited directly to your statement balance in accordance with promotional offer structures.

5. Security & Customer Responsibility

Cardholders are strictly advised never to share their OTP, CVV, or login passwords with anyone, including representatives claiming to be from Cashpaycard. We will never ask for your confidential authentication code over phone or email.
