When you apply for a Cashpaycard credit product, we collect basic contact details (name, phone number, email address, physical address) and verification documents (Aadhaar number, PAN number, and scanned identification images) strictly for identity authentication and statutory KYC compliance.
Your data is utilized solely to evaluate credit eligibility, prevent fraudulent activities, deliver your physical metal card, and provide customer support services. We do not sell or monetize personal customer records to unauthorized third parties.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is secured using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Uploaded documents are stored in restricted directories with multi-layer authorization controls.
